However, if you are unhappy with the amount you receive for your jewelry or for any other reason, simply call our toll-free number and return the check so that it arrives in our offices within ten (10) days of the date that appears on the check. After we receive your check, your items will be returned to you within 15 days. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
Please note that our satisfaction guarantee only applies to items that contain precious metals, such as gold, silver or platinum. We do not accept costume (fake) jewelry, or items that do not contain precious metals. If you are unsure of whether your items contain precious metals, please see "can I tell if my Jewelry is Real?"
